Mogwai 2006 Live Dates

Mogwai have announced their first shows of 2006, where they will be showcasing new material from their upcoming fifth studio album.
After the tour, a new single will precede the album on January 30th, in the form of Friend Of The Night. The single will be available on CD, 7" and digital download.
The January 2006 tour will see the band performing five consecutive shows in London, at the ICA. The five night stint is being billed as Mogwai Take Control At The ICA.
7th - Dublin, Temple Bar Music Centre
8th - Belfast, Spring & Airbrake
10th-14th - London, Mogwai Take Control At The ICA
Each night will feature special support bands, DJ�s and films programmed by Mogwai. Full details to be announced closer to the dates.
The as-yet-untitled new album was recorded in the band�s new Castle Of Doom studio in Glasgow, with producer Tony Doogan. It is pencilled in for a March release.
