Miley 'Wants Taylor Swift To Get A Tattoo'

Miley Cyrus wants her friend Taylor Swift to get a tattoo - after the 'Hannah Montana' star was inked herself recently.
Earlier this month, Miley was photographed with the phrase 'Just Breathe' under her boob, and now it's reported she has suggested the 'You Belong With Me' singer should also get some body art.
Taylor however, isn't keen in getting a tattoo and is quoted as saying: "My mum would kill me! Besides I hate needles."
Miley's tattoo caused some outrage when it first came out, as the singer is only 17 - making it illegal in most States.
