Miley Cyrus 'Shocks Restaurant Staff'

Miley Cyrus shocked fans at a New York restaurant last week - when she didn't leave a tip.
The 16-year-old star made $25 million last year alone, but when it came to leaving a tip at the Outback Steakhouse, Miley paid the $70 for food for her and sister Brandi - but left staff with nothing but open mouths.
"She pulled an envelope of money out and handed a $100 note over – but she kept all the change," revealed a source.
But Miley's spokesman has since insisted that the Hannah Montana star didn't realize you should still tip if you were getting take out.
"Miley didn't know she was supposed to tip unless she was eating inside," the spokesman claimed.
