Miley Cyrus Planning 'Dolly Party-Themed Birthday'

Miley Cyrus is turning 17 next month and she's already planned her big birthday party - she's having a Dolly Parton themed celebration.
'Hannah Montana' star Miley hails from the same town as the country legend - Nashville, Tennessee - and she has regularly name-checked Parton as one of her main influences.
And being such a fan, Cyrus and her guests plan to dress like her idol for the November 23 party.
"I want to rent out a cool place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favorite Dolly moment." Miley explained.
"I am really excited about getting all my crew members to dress up as Dolly. That's probably going to be the funniest thing ever."
