Miley Cyrus has the hots for 'Gossip Girl' actor Penn Badgley.
During a radio interview this week, the 'Hannah Montana' actress even went as far as to say she is "pretty obsessed" with him.
"I just saw him in 'The Stepfather' and I'm pretty obsessed with him to be honest with you!" Miley added.
"I didn't know who he was and I went to see the movie as a joke, because the previews looked scary - not just because the guy's hot!"
"It was actually a good movie. Really creepy."
Cyrus just admitted that she has never heard a Jay-Z song, despite singing about him in 'Party In The U.S.A.'
