MGMT Unveil Congratulations Details

MGMT have announced details of their second album 'Congratulations', including the tracklisting.
As the New York duo revealed recently, the follow-up to 2007's 'Oracular Spectacular' will have no singles and is intended to be enjoyed as one-long listen.
The LP has nine songs and will be released on April 13. For the record, MGMT hooked up with former Spacemen 3 member Peter Kember, who produced the album.
