McFly To Release Children In Need Single

McFly are to record this year's Children In Need official single, it has been confirmed.

A double A-side single will be released digitaly on November 23, then physically in shops a day later (Nov 24). It features the band's own 'Do Ya' (taken from their 'Radio:ACTIVE' album), as well as a cover version of 'Stay With Me' by Rod Stewart.

Tom Fletcher of McFly says: "We're so honoured to be releasing the official single for Children In Need. We've performed several times on the live show in the past and it's always been an amazing night with a fantastic atmosphere."

"Hopefully our single can help raise more money than ever for what is such a great cause."

Earlier this year McFly said Rod Stewart drew rude things on their passports, meaning they had to get new ones.
