Mastadon To Release Crack The Skye Album

Mastodon have confirmed the details of their new album 'Crack The Skye'.
Set to be released in early 2009, the seven-track album lasts 50 minutes and was recorded at Southern Track Studios in Atlanta and produced / mixed by Brendan O'Brien (Rage Against The Machine, Pearl Jam, AC/DC).
'Crack The Skye' is the follow-up to the group's 2006 album 'Blood Mountain'. Mastodon will also be touring in 2009, in support of the LP.
