Madonna Reveals Sticky And Sweet Tour Plans

Madonna has unveiled plans for her impending 'Sticky and Sweet' tour, which begins this weekend in Cardiff, Wales on Saturday August 23.

According to a statement, the Queen of Pop's performances will be split into four sections, billed as - 'Pimp', 'Old School', 'Gypsy' and 'Rave'.

Never an artist to do things by halves, 'Pimp' is inspired by 1920s art deco and "modern day gangster pimp", 'Old School' takes influences from 1980s Manhattan and early rap, 'Gypsy' by Romanian folk and the self-explanatory 'Rave' section, will focus on dance music.

A whopping 250 workers will feature in the live crew, while eight costumes are planned from Madonna herself.
