Limp Bizkit Live Comeback Gets Canceled

Limp Bizkit's big live comeback has been pulled.

The nu-metal band announced their reunion earlier this year and were to make their stage return with original guitarist Wes Borland on July 10. at the UFC 100 concert in Las Vegas.

But the gig is a no-show, as event organizers and the band's label have clashed over DVD rights.

A statement from Limp Bizkit explains in further detail: "Truth is UFC and Interscope Records could not come to an agreement on certain DVD rights."

"The UFC were also unhappy with LB's decision of wanting to switch the performance from the Beach at Mandalay Bay, with its inappropriate layout for a heavy rock concert... to a more standard concert venue."

Limp Bizkit are still working on a new album, which is aimed to be released before 2009 rounds off.
