Lily Allen Slams Her Own Chat Show

Lily Allen has slammed her own chatshow, even rating it "five out of ten".

The BBC Three talk show 'Lily Allen And Friends' launched earlier this year and it seems the host was not impressed by the project.

"It was a period when I decided not to be a singer or go on tour," the singer tells The Sun. "I made a lot of money out of it. Thank you, licence payers - that was very nice of you. You think Russell Brand is your problem. Actually, it's me."

BBC have however commissioned a second series and Allen is pleased to be back on board: "I'm thrilled that we're going to make a second series. It's been such a laugh. I want to say a huge thank-you to everyone who tuned in to the first one and I can't wait to film series two."
