Lily Allen 'Feels Concussed Due To Fall'

Lily Allen is failing the strain of her hectic touring.
The singer has been jetting across the globe in recent months supporting her latest album 'It's Not Me, It's You', and flying so much is taking it's toll.
Lily explains on her Twitter page: "Lying in bed trying desperately to get some sleep, jetlag is no longer a joke."
And Allen is so fatigued, she even stumbled on Saturday (June 8), while on promotional duties in Tokyo, Japan.
"Fell over and hit my head last night," Lily explains. "Have an awful headache... I think I may be concussed."
