Lil Wayne Suing 'I Feel Like Dying' Producers

Lil Wayne is suing the producers of his track 'I Feel Like Dying', over a copyright issue.

Weezy himself is currently involved in legal proceedings, as the song in question - which was made by Rebel Rock Productions Inc - uses a sample of 'Once' by Karma-Ann Swanepoel, allegedly without permission.

Although 'I Feel Like Dying' didn't appear on Wayne's hit album 'Tha Carter III', it was used during the promotion of the record at concerts, the suit claims. Swanepoel is now seeking financial compensation.

As the track was made by Rebel Rock, the rapper is suing them for failing to obtain permission to feature the sample in the song.
