Liam Gallagher Gives His Brit Award Winner Predictions

Liam Gallagher has given his tips of who will be winning at tonight's Brit Awards.
The Oasis frontman phoned in to the 95.8 Capital Breakfast Show, where his wife Nicole Appleton was standing in for usual host Lisa Snowdown (she was co-presenting with Johnny Vaughan).
When asked who he thinks will be taking home an award tonight, Gallagher told listeners: "Well who do you think? Coldplay! They win everything don't they? They'd win the best new female act won't they!"
Liam also said he thinks The Ting Tings should be presented British Album, for their 2008 debut 'We Started Nothing' and tipped Paul Weller to win British Male.
"Paul Weller man! Ian Brown is a dude, I like them all. I think James Morrison is a top songwriter. Ian Brown is obviously the man but I think Paul Weller should get it man, his album is mega!"
Vaughan also asked Gallagher if he liked Girls Aloud. "Not really no!", the singer said. "They're all right, you know what I mean? Some of their tunes are all right."
