Lady Sovereign 'Joins Ladies Football Team'

Lady Sovereign has joined a football (soccer) team, but she hasn't given up on her music career.
No stranger to the sport, the London-born rapper was once offered a trial to play with Arsenal Ladies, and now she's joined Leyton Ladies.
Speaking about her new role, Sovereign admits that her team mates didn't even know who she was when she first signed up.
"I don't think at first they really realised, like, what the hell would Lady Sovereign be doing playing for Leyton?" She told Four Four Two.
"Music comes first so I can't play all the games. The football people understand." Sov added.
