La Roux 'Have Not Had Time To Celebrate'

La Roux topped the singles charts last week and are on course for a number one album today with their self-titled debut, but vocalist Elly Jackson has revealed the band have not had time to celebrate.
The singer tells the Daily Star: "We are going to wait until the end of the year to celebrate. We are taking nothing for granted. We have just started the festival circuit but there are other countries like France to visit so it's early days."
Elly has caused controversy last week by slamming R&B. Jackson branded the music as "really bad", and today Dappy of N-Dubz has responded to her comments - read what he said here.
The La Roux album is out now, featuring the singles 'In For The Kill' and 'Bulletproof'.
