Kurt Cobain's Ashes Will Not Be Smoked By An Artist

Courtney Love has denied that an artist is in possession of Kurt Cobain's ashes, which will be smoked as part of an art stunt.
As we reported yesterday, German artist Natascha Stellmach claims to have "aquired" the ashes of the late Nirvana frontman, which were stolen in June and intends to smoke them as part of the 'Set Me Free' exhibition.
However, Love's representative Alan Nierob says Cobain's ashes were "never taken" and that the theft of his remains were "erroneously reported".
