Kraftwerk Founder Florian Schneider Quits The Band

Kraftwerk co-founder Florian Schneider has left the influential electronic band after 40 years and the remaining band members have also been confirmed as tour support for Radiohead.
The departure of Schneider means the group will now feature just one original member - Ralf Hütter. There is no explanation for his decision to split, but fans are hoping this could result in new Florian solo material.
The new version of Kraftwerk will open for Radiohead on their Central and South America tour in March. The two groups will play these dates:
Mexico City, Mexico Foro Sol (15, 16)
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Praca Da Apoteose (20)
São Paulo, Brazil Chácara Do Jockey (22)
Buenos Aires, Argentina Club Ciudad (24)
Santiago, Chile San Carlos de Apoquindo Stadium (26, 27)
