Kelly Rowland could be releasing a new album in 2010, as she is reportedly in talks to sign a new deal with EMI.
The Destiny's Child star parted ways with former manager Mathew Knowles and label Columbia Records in March, so is currently without a home for her songs.
But singer / producer Rico Love claims "She's in the process of closing a pretty big deal. I believe she's doing her deal right now."
"I don't think she's going to say yet." Rico added to Rap-Up. "She's got the No. 1 song in the world with David Guetta 'When Love Takes Over'."
"I'm actually going to be doing the majority of her record," he stated. "I believe we're going to finish the album over the Christmas break."
Rowland recently denied Destiny's Child would be doing a reunion tour.
