Kelly Osbourne 'Regrets Her Tattoos'

Kelly Osbourne has urged others not to get tattoos, as they will "hate them" when they get older.
The Dancing With The Stars contestant has several tattoos herself, but now admits that she regrets having them done, and hopes her plea will keep others from getting inked.
"Don't get tattoos, please, because you hate them when you get older. I hate them," Osbourne revealed to Access Hollywood.
Kelly even admits that one particular tattoo she has of a keyboard on her arm, has no relevance - and confesses to having it done because she was drunk.
"I can't play the piano," she explains, "and I have a keyboard because I went through my weird '80s phase and I was really drunk."
