Keane Want To Work With Oasis

Keane are keen to end their feud with Oasis, and even want to work with the band in future.

Despite the Gallaghers being less than positive about the 'Perfect Symmetry' hitmakers, frontman Tom Chaplin said: "I think we share a lot of fans. We are both bands of the people."

"People love coming to a Keane show and an Oasis show because there's a directness to the songs and people come together in a very communal way."

"It would be great for Noel to produce us – I offer the olive branch. We're huge fans." Chaplin added to the Mirror.

"Whenever I go abroad people ask me what is so great about British music – and it's that there's room for everybody."

And in another bid to bury the hatchet, Keane covered an Oasis song at the V Festival on Sunday night (August 23rd), after Liam Gallagher contracted laryngitis - forcing Oasis to pull out of the event.
