Kate Nash Recording 'Underground Dance Songs'

Kate Nash is working on her second solo album, but she's also taking time out for another musical project.

The 'Foundations' singer has teamed-up with Metronomy to make some underground dance tracks, which may or may not be released. It's likely the songs will only be given to DJs instead of a general release.

Nash tells the Daily Star about the new collaboration: "We did some tracks a while ago together and we might finally release them this summer."

"But it won't be under my name or Metronomy, it's going to be an underground side project."

Back to her own material, Kate Nash will be working with former Suede guitarist Bernard Butler on the sequel to 'Made Of Bricks'. He produced Duffy's acclaimed debut album.
