Kanye West And Evel Knievel To Settle Lawsuit

Kanye West is aiming to settle the lawsuit filed against him by the legendary Evel Knievel, after the rapper portrayed him in the music video for his single Touch The Sky last year.

The daredevil entertainer claims West infringed his trademark by featuring a jumpsuit-clad character named Evel Kanyevel who jumps over a canyon, on a bike similar to Knievel's own "Skycycle."

Now Kanye and Evel will attempt to settle the dispute with a mediator and have agreed to split the costs of the session.
