Jimmy Eat World To Reissue Expanded Bleed American Album

Jimmy Eat World are to reissue their Bleed American album as a two-disc deluxe edition, with plenty of bonus material included.

The album was released at first in 2001, after being funded by the band themselves and was subsequently forced to change its title from Bleed American to simply Jimmy Eat World, due to the events of September 11th.

The reissue will now use its original title of Bleed American and besides the eleven tracks that were found on the first edition, three bonus songs will be included on disc 1. Disc 2 then holds 18 unreleased numbers, import songs, demos, b-sides and live recordings.

The deluxe edition of Bleed American is due for release in the US on April 29th.
