Jesse McCartney has been a noisy neighbor from hell, according to TMZ.com.
The singer, who was in trouble with nearby property owners in March due to his loud parties, was back to his old ways this weekend (Sept 27th-28th).
On Saturday night, it's reported that McCartney threw a loud party at his home in Hollywood. The next day, police were called in by the neighbors after the star had his television turned up to an unnacceptable volume.
Police allegedly arrived at the scene, but no further action was taken against the singer.
