Jay-Z 'George Michael Was My Idol'

Jay-Z will shock some of his fans, he's only gone and confessed that George Michael is one of his musical idols.
And it's not just him who likes the former Wham! star, Hova claims Michael had an impact on other rappers during his younger years.
When asked who his idols were in an interview with UK singer Ian Brown (for NME), Jay-Z revealed: "Well, John Lennon, The Beatles... forget about it! And then George Michael - at one time."
"He was really strong in the neighbourhood, he penetrated urban culture really strong. I don't know if it was just the tracks or the melodies."
Jay also recently revealed he wants to collaborate with Liam Gallagher, formerly of the rock band Oasis.
