Jason Donovan Plans Martine McCutcheon Duet

Jason Donovan is planning to duet with his Echo Beach co-star Martine McCutcheon, and he has a special cover version in mind.

The Aussie soap star would love to record a new version of 'Especially For You' - the duet he recorded originally with former Neighbours star and ex-girlfriend Kylie Minogue.

"I wanted to do a spin on that song plus a new duet, but truthfully I thought it would be way too cheesy with Kylie again. I like the idea of singing with my Echo Beach co-star Martine," Donovan is quoted as saying.

"We tried but we could never get to the studio at the same time. However, she assures me we will get together for the next album. She's a great chick and a wonderful singer too."

Speaking of Donovan's music career, he's just released his new album 'Let It Be Me'.
