Jason Donovan Not Comfortable With Being A Hearttrob

Jason Donovan has revealed he never enjoyed being considered a sex symbol in the early days of his career, despite having a huge female following.
In an interview with Now, the Aussie singer and soap star was asked about being a heartthrob: "Ah, my Zac Efron [High School Musical star] period!" Donovan joked.
"I set out to be an actor and was lucky enough to land myself in a very successful TV show. But I was never comfortable being a heartthrob. Looks come and go. But my life's been blessed, I've lived the dream. I'm still living it."
Jason has just released a new album titled 'Let It Be Me'.
