Jack White Injury Halts MTV Europe Music Awards Performance

Jack White won't be performing at the MTV Europe Music Awards next month, because the songwriter has injured his beck.
White should have been appearing with Alicia Keys to perform their Bond theme 'Another Way To Die', say reports. But according to The Sun, the White Stripes guitarist has slipped a disc while on tour with his other band The Raconteurs.
"Jack's still in a lot of pain," a source says. "He hoped it would have cleared by now but the injury is refusing to heal. MTV are disappointed, as are Bond film chiefs. No-one knows when he'll be fit enough to travel again."
The MTV Europe Music Awards will be held in Liverpool on November 6 and will be hosted by Katy Perry. Live performances on the night will come via Take That, Beyonce and Pink.
