Jack White Donates $170,000 To Baseball Ground

Jack White has shown his support to a local baseball park in his native Detroit, by donating a large sum to help restore it.

The White Stripes guitarist donated $170,000 to Clark Park, because he used to play ball at the sporting ground before he was famous.

Jack's ex-coach Morris 'Mo' Blackwell Jr., told 'The Detroit News' about the musician's time playing the game: "He was good, [he had a] smooth left-handed swing."
