Jack White Distances Himself From Coke Zero Advert

Jack White is angry that Coca Cola have been using the song he penned for the new James Bond movie 'Quantum of Solace', in their new TV campaign.

As we reported yesterday, the song 'Another Way To Die' - a duet with Alicia Keys - can be heard fronting the new Coke Zero advert, which has been re-branded Coke Zero Zero 7, to coincide with the film.

However, White's management have said Jack never intended the song to be used in this way and he is distancing himself from Coke using it.

"Jack White was commissioned by Sony Pictures to write a theme song for the James Bond film 'Quantum Of Solace', not for Coca Cola," the statement says. "Any other use of the song is based on decisions made by others, not by Jack White."

"We are disappointed that you first heard the song in a co-promotion for Coke Zero, rather than in its entirety."
