iForward, Russia! Name Their Second Album

iForward, Russia! have completed their second album entitled Life Processes and plan to release it in early 2008.
The four-piece recorded the long-player over three months (June-August) in Seattle with Matt Bayles and the album will feature 11 tracks - which have currently not been named.
Forward Russia have also revealed that they will be playing live again before the year ends:
"We will be partaking in a short tour in late October with lovelies I Was A Cub Scout previewing some new tracks and re-hashing old favourites. Dates will be announced early next week."
Vocalist Tom Woodhead also added on the band's blog: "This record has been a serious ordeal: I can't believe we have had the opportunity to do what we want and take the time to do it; what a process."
