Ian Brown To Release 'My Way' Album In September

Ian Brown was inspired by Michael Jackson when he recorded his latest album 'My Way'.
The LP is the sixth solo disc for the former Stone Roses singer, which he'll release on September 28 - following the single 'Stellify', which precedes one week earlier, on September 21.
Brown says of the album: "'Thriller' was our blueprint." He told NME. "Every time we wrote a song we didn't think was strong enough, we scrapped it."
"We mastered it on the day that Michael Jackson died too, so I'm taking that as a good omen."
Ian told the magazine that 'My Way' was recorded at Battery Studios in Manchester. It's likely he'll be announcing tour dates in the coming weeks.
