Hilary Duff 'For Gossip Girl Role'

Hilary Duff is reported to appear in several episodes of season three of Gossip Girl.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the singer and actress is said to have landed the role of Olivia Burke, a movie star who will be Vanessa's room mate at NYU.
She will make her first appearance on the show in the fourth episode of the next season, due to start in the US in October.
