Gwen Stefani Denies No Doubt Tension

No Doubt are not suffering from tension between its bandmates, according to Gwen Stefani.

The 'Don't Speak' stars recently reunited and are on a North American tour with Paramore supporting.

The group are also hoping to get inspired on the road so they can record new material - but rumors are suggesting all is not well within the band.

Such rumors included Stefani and bassist Tony Kanal having a row over their cover of 'Stand and Deliver' (originally performed by Adam and the Ants).

But Gwen denies there's any serious problems, telling Elle magazine: "Everybody's making it like there's all this tension, you know, like I stepped away from the band and now they're jealous of me, and look, maybe there is a little bit of that."

"But some fights aren't really what they seem. I think it was a little about the song, and a little about our coming back together. There was this air bubble that needed to pop, you know?"
