Guns N' Roses Free Dr Pepper Offer To Go Ahead

American citizens can get a free can of Dr Pepper, in conjunction with the release of 'Chinese Democracy' by Guns N' Roses.
Earlier this year, Dr Pepper promised to give a free can to every US resident if the band could deliver the new album before 2008 ends - as they have been working on the record for fourteen years.
Now Dr. Pepper's vice president of marketing Tony Jacobs says: "We never thought this day would come but now that it's here all we can say is: The Dr Pepper's on us."
As of November 23rd, when 'Chinese Democracy' hits stores, a downloadable coupon will be issued enabling people to a free can.
