Kevin Cogill - the blogger accused of leaking nine songs from the new Guns N' Roses album 'Chinese Democracy' - has reportedly pleaded not guilty to breaking copyright laws.
The 27-year-old blogger faced court in Los Angeles yesterday (October 20), after being arrested by the FBI in the Summer.
If found guilty he could be sent down for 5 years, say reports. A trial date has not been set.
Guns N' Roses released a statement on Cogill's arrest in August, where they said "Presently, though we don't support this guy's actions at that level, our interest is in the original source [of the recordings]."
As we reported this month, the Chinese Democracy tracklisting has now appeared online.
