Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding Wants Action Movie Roles

Girls Aloud member Sarah Harding has said that she would like to continue taking her acting career even further.

The singer (who has starred in a recent remake of St Trinians and also a low budget film named Bad Days) admits that although she would like to continue singing, she wants to get more roles as an actress.

"I like Angelina Jolie characters where she plays the action lady," Harding tells the Daily Star. "I love cars and I'm bit of a tomboy, so I could definitely see myself doing something like that, or a comedy, or a pyschological thriller – I don't know!"

"It's one step at a time, I still love my singing so I really don't want to quit that completely."

It was recently revealed that Girls Aloud will be taking a break from making music to concentrate on their own projects. Cheryl Cole is recording her solo album this Summer and the band will be releasing their next record in 2010.
