Frank Black To Produce The New Art Brut Album

Art Brut have asked Pixies frontman Frank Black to produce their next album, expected sometime in 2009.
The band's singer Eddie Argos spoke of the news on his blog, where he says: "I was thinking about trying to put anybody off that asked me outright if the Pixies legend Frank Black was producing our next album, by telling them that they must have misheard and in fact the legendary Pixie Geldof was."
"I'm glad I didn't have to stoop that low to hide our secret." Argos joked.
The LP will be the third for Art Brut and is the follow-up to 2007's 'It's A Bit Complicated'.
