Foxy Brown Gets Three Years Probation

After missing her court appearance on Monday October 23rd, rapper Foxy Brown finally made her scheduled date the following day (Oct 24th) and she has been sentenced a three year probation.
Brown was up for allegations that she assaulted two women at a nail salon in Manhattan over a $20 manicure payment in August 2004.
Foxy Brown originally pleased guilty to the charges but later tried to withdraw her plea, claiming that her previous lawyer had advised her to admit guilt to avoid a jail sentence.
The court however, ruled that her original plea was still valid and now she has been sentenced to three years probation.
