Forward Russia Start Mixtape Swap Box

Forward Russia are encouraging fans to swop mixtapes at dates on their forthcoming UK tour.
The band want fans attending, to make a tape or CD filled with their favourite tunes which they can then drop into a special "Mix Tape Swop Box" at the gigs and in return, take one out which is made by someone else.
Forward Russia themselves will be making a few mixes and have issued a rough guide for fans wanting to trade tapes:
1. The mix should be made on cassette or CD.
(No 8 tracks or mini-disc's please, they'll just be rattling around the box at the end of tour)
2. You should include a track list including artist and track name.
3. Every track should be by a different artist, ie. do not put 2 tracks on by the same artist if you can help it
4. Be as artistic as you like with your box and tracklist!
* if you make one mix, you may take one out
* if you make two mixes, you may take two out
* if you make one mix, you may not take two out
As previously reported, the next release from Forward Russia is the Don't Be A Doctor 10", which is available in February.
