Fat Joe Set To Release Me, Myself & I Album

Fat Joe will be releasing his latest album in October on his own record label and he's brought in a few well-known friends to help.

The rapper parted company with former label Atlantic and will now release the Me, Myself & I long-player through his recently launched Terror Squad imprint on October 17th.

The release is the seventh solo album to date for Joe and although no track listing has yet been revealed, the rap star has confirmed that he has collaborated with The Game and Lil Wayne, while production duties are being handled by DJ Khaled, LV, Streetrunner and Scott Storch, who also produced Joe's hit single Lean Back.

According to the Puerto Rican/Cuban MC, the LP sees the rapper speaking about his most personal issues:

"This album is really my most up close and personal you've ever heard," said Joe. "I'm showing all sides and letting fans really get to know who I truly am. Lyrically, I'm showing my vulnerable and gangster sides."

He then continued: "One of the most personal songs on the album is 'Maria,' which I dedicated to my mother. I was able to open up and talk about very personal events in my life that I haven't been able to put into my rhymes before."
