Fabolous has been inspired by gangster movie 'Carlito's Way' on his next studio album, which he's given the title of 'Loso's Way'.
The album - his fifth to date - follows last year's 'From Nothin' To Somethin', although a fixed release date is not yet known.
"I'm theming it after the movie Carlito's Way," the rapper tells HipHopDX. "The principal I'm taking for that is how he was a street dude and tryna' make the transition from being a street dude into something more. So that's where I'm taking that from and molding it into my life."
Fabolous also revealed he's moving away from top name super producers on his new LP, opting to work with Jermaine Dupri and DJ Toomp. He says of working with the two: "It's not just about big names, it's about hot joints. I'll work with anybody. They send me beats all day."
