Eminem's Mum Sued Over Biography On The Rapper

Eminem's mother, Debbie Nelson, is being sued over a biography she penned about her famous son.

However, it's not the rapper who has filed the lawsuit, but Neal Alpert - who claims that in 2005, he entered a contract with Nelson to act as her agent in exchange of 25% of the gross profits.

The suits claims that Nelson wrote the biography - named My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem: Setting The Record Straight On My Life As Eminem's Mother - with co-author Annette Witheridge and publisher Watson, Little, Ltd., behind Alpert's back, thus denying him profits.

The book has already shifted 100,000 copies in the UK since it was released last year, and will be available in the US as of next week.
