Eminem has resolved his dispute with iTunes, after he claimed the download store was not entitled to sell his music.
A lawsuit filed by publishers at Eight Mile Style came to an agreement with Apple Inc. on Thursday (October 1st), although details of the settlement have not been disclosed.
Eight Mile Style sold Eminem's song rights to Dr Dre's Aftermath Records, who then sold the songs via iTunes - which Em's publishers claim they were not permitted to do.
More than 93 songs were available for sale on iTunes, and the rapper was seeking royalty payments. The suit claimed Apple had made $2.58m selling his music.
