DMX To Face Jail Time After Pleading Guilty

DMX looks set to face a minimum of 90 days in jail, after the Yonkers rapper pleaded guilty yesterday (December 30) to multiple charges, including drug possession and animal cruelty.
The charges stem back to earlier this year, when police found marijuana at his home, as well as malnourished pitbulls. Another charge precedes this, when in April he was found to have provided a false identity and information to an Arizona hospital.
DMX also missed several court appearances and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He will now return to custody, until he is sentenced on January 3 in Arizona. Reports say if he breaks his probation after his jail sentence ends, then he could be sent to prison for ten years.
