DMX Court Case Rescheduled For October

DMX appeared in court yesterday (September 29), but was there for just 2 minutes - until the case was rescheduled for October 7.
Reports say the rapper looked nervous in the Phoenix courtroom, as he faces four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, a count of marijuana possession, animal cruelty charges and a felony theft charge.
DMX should have appeared in court last week (September 23), but had to miss the hearing due to being in hospital.
