Dizzee Rascal "Jackson's Death Is A Big Moment In History"

Dizzee Rascal has praised the late Michael Jackson, following his tribute to the singer at Glastonbury last weekend.

The 'Bonkers' star played a medley of Jacko's hits during his performance at the festival, including 'Billie Jean' and 'Thriller'.

Now Dizzee has spoken about the death of Jackson, telling The Sun he was a big fan of the pop superstar.

"Michael had his problems but he was one of the biggest pop stars the world has seen."

"I couldn't believe it when I heard he was dead. I just sat and watched the news for two hours." Rascal recalls.

"Michael came up with some great pop tracks and I wanted to recognise that in my set."

"Michael's death is one of those big moments in history like when Princess Diana died and Barack Obama was elected president."
