Demi Lovato "Miley Gives Me Advice"

Demi Lovato has spoken about her close friendship with Miley Cyrus - revealing that the 'Hannah Montana' star is supportive of her career.

The 'Sonny With A Chance' actress told the September issue of Sugar magazine: "We talk every day and she's given me so much advice."

"Recently she sent me this four-page text message encouraging me and telling me she has faith in me. It was so inspiring and made me feel great - because I do get overwhelmed by the paps sometimes."

Demi recently split from Miley's older brother Trace Cyrus of the band Metro Station, as the guitarist / singer revealed last week.

Lovato is currently doing promotion on her second album 'Here We Go Again', released last week.
