David Archuleta Is Recording TWO New Albums

David Archuleta is a busy boy - he's recording TWO new albums at the same time.

The first of these new discs is a Christmas themed record, due for release later this year. David says about the project: "I'm really really excited for that because I love Christmas music and Christmas times."

And for the next album, Archuleta adds: "I was also working on some material for the next pop album as well."

"It's gonna be crazy working on all the stuff this Summer along with the tour, but I'm sooo excited you guys! Oh, how I love music lol."

"Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing what will become of everything, because I'm really not sure how it's going to end up. It's the kind of thing that you don't know what's going to happen until it happens."

"I really want to work with more people on writing though and get that part of my brain exercised and movin'."
